Do You Need Nurturing?

That word came to me during meditation – nurturing.
Not as something soft or optional… but as something essential.

To me, nurturing means being supported as you grow. It means having a place where your questions are welcomed, where insight is shared freely, and where you’re encouraged to explore, research, and discover what’s true for you. It means being reminded that you don’t have to figure everything out alone.

We don’t outgrow the need to be cared for. We don’t age out of needing encouragement, kindness, and steady support. If anything, life asks more of us as the years go on – and yet most of us are expected to just “handle it.”

I personally know how much the right words, offered at the right moment, can change everything.

Last year, during a wellness retreat in Mexico, I experienced what true nurturing feels like. I was deeply supported as I made one of the most important decisions of my life – to stop turning on myself. To stop the inner attacks. To stop the harsh self-judgment when I made mistakes. To draw a clear line in the sand and say: No more.

No more self-destructive patterns.
No more believing I was worthless.
No more thoughts of harming myself or disappearing from this world.

That space – and the people holding it (you know who you are & thank you) – helped me remember something vital: healing doesn’t happen through force. It happens through care.

Making the world a better place, to me, isn’t about grand gestures. It’s about kindness. It’s about allowing room for differences and different points of view. It’s about learning how to love not only those who think like us – but those who don’t.

And what I see so clearly, especially among working women, is this… SO many of you are overgiving and profoundly under-nurtured.

You take care of everyone else.
You push self-care to the bottom of the list.
You treat your own needs as negotiable.

But nurturing yourself isn’t indulgent – it’s necessary. It deserves to be scheduled with the same respect as a doctor’s appointment or a night out with friends. Your inner world matters that much.

Manifesting Dream Weavers (MDW) was created to be a soft landing space.
A place to rest, reset, and reconnect.
A place where your spiritual growth isn’t left to chance, but gently supported with a system that keeps you moving forward – even when life gets busy.

If you’re exhausted…
If you’re searching…
If something in you knows there has to be a more supportive way to grow…

You may not need fixing.
You may simply need nurturing.

If something in you feels seen here, I share a gentle next step below.
