When you enroll in MDW or any related offerings:

  • You may not share, transfer, or sell your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for violations of these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Feel Into The Knowing™—including videos, audio recordings, written materials, worksheets, branding, logos, and digital downloads—is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You agree not to:

  • Sell
  • Create derivative works from our content without written permission

4. Payments

Payments made through Mastermind.com, Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party processors must be valid, authorized, and complete. You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Community Conduct

We aim to maintain a safe, supportive environment in all communities and membership areas connected to the MDW course.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and integrity.
  • Avoid abusive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior.
  • Refrain from discriminatory language or actions.
  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members.
  • Avoid promoting external products, services, or coaching without permission.
  • Violation of community guidelines may result in removal without refund.

6. Technology, Availability & Service Changes

While we aim to provide smooth and reliable access to all services, we cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices or systems

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feel Into The Knowing™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Your use of our content is voluntary and based on your own judgment. None of our course materials, meditations, or guidance are intended as medical, legal, or financial advice.
